Description
The Missouri Veterans Commission is soliciting qualified vendors to perform annual biomedical equipment inspections, testing, and calibration at the Missouri Veterans Home – Mount Vernon. The contractor must have at least two years of experience, hold all required licenses and insurance, and be able to provide optional on‑site maintenance and repair services. The contract is limited to $50,000 for a one‑year period, with work performed during regular business hours on‑site. Invoicing is monthly and the contractor must submit detailed inspection reports within five business days of completion.
• Location: Missouri Veterans Home – Mount Vernon (1600 S. Hickory, Mount Vernon, MO 65712)
• Scope: Annual inspection, testing, calibration of all biomedical equipment listed in Attachment A
• Optional: On‑site repair/maintenance at contractor‑provided hourly rate (if awarded)
• Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience, certified technicians preferred, background checks, E‑Verify, compliance with NFPA 2012, 38 CFR 51.200, and state regulations
• Contract value: ≤ $50,000 for one year
