CORPS WATER INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING PROGRAM (CWIFP) FINANCIAL TRANSACTION PROCESSING SUPPORT

The United States Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide financial transaction processing services to support the Corps Water Infrastructure Financing Program (CWIFP). The contractor will be responsible for providing loan underwriting support, third-party credit risk assessment, budget information development, and accounting support for federal credit programs. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract with a period of performance of up to 60 months. The contractor will be required to demonstrate their technical capability, key personnel, and past performance in order to be considered for award. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing loan underwriting support and third-party credit risk assessment • Developing budget information and providing financial modeling and calculation of loan reestimates • Providing accounting support for federal credit programs • Developing and delivering training related to federal credit programs • Demonstrating technical and managerial qualifications of key personnel The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical capability, key personnel, past performance, and price. The government reserves the right to accept other than the lowest price offer and to reject any and all offers.
