The space must be located in a modern quality building with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum, or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the Lease Contracting Officer (LCO). The lease term must be 20 years with a 5-year firm term and a 15-year soft term, with government termination rights. The VA requires 0 structured/inside parking spaces and 30 surface/outside parking spaces, reserved for the exclusive use of the government.
