Description
The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs is conducting market research for a single‑source Small Business Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide urgent and compelling staffing and consulting services in Washington, D.C. The BPA will support a domestic program‑management office and may be called up to five times, each call potentially requiring as few as one staff member. The work focuses on project management, acquisitions, administrative support, and general services operations, and all personnel must be U.S. citizens residing within 50 miles of the contracting office.
• Provide long‑term consulting and subject‑matter‑expertise staffing for INL offices.
• Establish a DC‑area program‑management office staffed by a Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager (U.S. citizens).
• On‑board staff within 60 days of award; base period of 1 year with up to four optional extensions.
