Emotional Intelligence Training Materials and Assessment Licenses – Sole Source Intent (TalentSmartEQ)

The US Air Force intends to sole source a contract for emotional intelligence training materials and assessment licenses from TalentSmartEQ. The contract includes Mastering EQ Level 1 and Level 2 Participant Licenses, which provide a standardized curriculum, assessment tools, and instructional materials to evaluate and strengthen emotional intelligence competencies. The materials will be used to assess baseline emotional intelligence levels, deliver structured skill-building interventions, and provide individualized development strategies aligned with the Wing's prevention, readiness, and leadership development objectives.
