Beverage Pouring Rights and Snack Vending Services

Western Washington University is seeking a partner to provide a comprehensive beverage pouring rights program and/or vending services across campus. The selected respondent will be responsible for delivering a range of products, including carbonated and non-carbonated beverages, snacks, and healthy options. The program aims to enhance the campus experience, support student wellness, and promote sustainability. Key stakeholders include WWU Athletics, WWU Foundation, Dining Services, and University Residences. The contract will have a term of five years, with options for extension. • The respondent will be required to provide exclusive beverage pouring rights and vending services • The respondent will be expected to collaborate with WWU stakeholders to ensure product availability and brand alignment • The respondent will be required to support campus events and athletic programs through sponsorships, promotional activities, and co-branded marketing initiatives • The respondent will be expected to provide regular reporting on sales, inventory, machine uptime, and sustainability metrics • The respondent will be required to commit to WWU's sustainability goals through packaging reduction, energy-efficient equipment, and waste minimization
