North East Independent School District (NEISD) is soliciting a district‑wide snack vending service that will supply, install, stock, maintain, and remove snack‑only vending machines at all middle‑school, high‑school, and selected elementary‑school teacher‑lounge locations, as well as administrative and satellite facilities. The vendor must meet USDA nutrition standards, provide 24‑hour service response, and submit detailed monthly sales and commission reports. The contract is a multi‑year agreement (initial three‑year term with up to two one‑year renewals, maximum five years) and includes a commission‑based remuneration model tied to gross sales.
