R--Passport/Visa Courier and Support Services

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking a contractor to provide passport and visa courier and administrative support services. The contractor will be responsible for picking up travel documents from NRC headquarters, delivering them to the U.S. Department of State or foreign embassies, and returning them to the NRC. The contractor will also review travel documents for completeness and errors, and monitor their status. The contract will be a hybrid firm-fixed price/cost-reimbursement purchase order, with a period of performance of five years. Some key aspects of the job include: • Picking up and delivering travel documents to and from NRC headquarters and foreign embassies • Reviewing travel documents for completeness and errors • Monitoring the status of travel documents • Providing telephone or email confirmation of delivery or retrieval of travel documents • Complying with the prevailing rates specified in the Department of Labor's Wage Determination No. 2015-4269
