Statutory Exam of MedImpact Healthcare Systems Inc.

The State of West Virginia, Offices of the Insurance Commissioner, is seeking a vendor to perform a statutory exam of MedImpact Healthcare Systems Inc. The exam will be conducted in compliance with W. Va. Code 33-2-9 and in accordance with the Pharmacy Benefit Managers Act and the Health Benefit Plan Network Access and Adequacy Act. The vendor will be responsible for performing financial accounting services, including examinations of pharmacy benefit managers in the state. • The exam will be conducted in accordance with W. Va.
