The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Cherry Hospital, is seeking qualified banking or financial institutions to lease approximately 400 sq ft of space and operate a free‑standing ATM on its campus in Goldsboro, Wayne County. The lease will commence on or around January 1 2027, with a minimum three‑year term and options for renewal. Proposers must be NC‑registered financial institutions, assume all installation, utility, and security costs, and provide standard banking services (withdrawals, deposits, transfers) 24 hours a day. Rental payments are due monthly, with penalties for late payment. The State will provide utilities (except telephone, alarm, and computer line) and routine grounds maintenance. The solicitation requires electronic submission via the NC eProcurement portal and includes a mandatory proposer's meeting if the annual rent exceeds $150,000.
