Description
The Orange Water & Sewer Authority (OWASA) is soliciting sealed bids for the supply of water‑pipe materials and related components required for the Booker Creek Road Water Main Replacement project. Bidders must provide a fully itemized price list, include all taxes, and commit to delivering the materials by December 14 2026 to keep the construction schedule on track. The bid package must be notarized, include all required certifications (E‑Verify, conflict‑of‑interest, divestment act, non‑collusion), and be submitted in a sealed envelope to OWASA’s administration building by 2:00 PM on November 10 2026. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder will be awarded the contract, with a bid validity period of 60 days.
• Materials must conform to OWASA Manual of Standards, Specifications, and Design (January 2025).
