Hampton Regional Medical Center is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, install, integrate, test, and support a new whole‑body 1.5 Tesla MRI system. The scope includes the MRI scanner, coils, software, site‑planning, installation support, system integration, training, warranty and service, and interim mobile MRI coverage to maintain imaging services during the transition period. • Provide a current‑generation 1.5 T whole‑body MRI system with all required accessories (coils, software). • Perform site‑planning, de‑installation of the existing system, installation, integration, and testing of the new equipment. • Deliver interim mobile MRI services to ensure continuous imaging capability throughout construction and commissioning. • Offer comprehensive training for staff, warranty coverage, and ongoing service support.
