The contract includes the endoscope processor, video display, light source, a set of flexible and rigid scopes, a custom cart, transport case, delivery to the zoo’s veterinary hospital, on‑site installation, functional testing, staff training, and a minimum one‑year manufacturer warranty with options for extended service.
