Request for Proposal for Police, Fire, EMS Emergency and 9-1-1 Dispatch Services

The City of Whittier, Alaska, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide 24/7 police, fire, EMS, and 9‑1‑1 dispatch services for Whittier and the neighboring community of Girdwood. The contract will be for an initial three‑year term with two optional one‑year renewals (up to five years total).
