Endoscopy Scope Drying Cabinets

The Boise VA Medical Center is seeking a contractor to provide Endoscopy Scope Drying Cabinets, brand name or equal to Steris. The cabinets must meet specific physical, functional, and performance characteristics, including drying time, integration with existing systems, and air quality and filtration. The contractor will be responsible for shipment, delivery, and installation of the cabinets. The project includes deinstallation of current cabinets and disposal of old equipment. * The cabinets must meet the following salient characteristics: * Drying time: dry internal endoscope lumens within one hour and external 3 hours or less * Integration: pairs with SPS currently owned mediator washing system * Physical and electrical specs: size of cabinets fits in dedicated work and storage space * Air quality and filtration: continuous forced filtered air through scopes * Education and training: SPS staff and Endo Clinic staff * Storage capacity and duration: maintains patient ready status for up to 31 days with low microbial levels
