Utility Poles Related Equipment, Supplies, and Services - SW

This solicitation seeks proposals to provide utility poles, related equipment, supplies, and associated services for use by Sourcewell’s participating entities across the United States and Canada. The work may include design, engineering, fabrication, installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, and delivery of pole‑related hardware and consumables. Vendors must be capable of supporting a broad geographic footprint and complying with Sourcewell’s contractual terms. • Provide new or replacement utility poles and all necessary hardware (brackets, foundations, hardware kits). • Supply consumable materials and parts required for pole installation, upkeep, and repair. • Deliver professional services such as design, engineering, site preparation, installation, inspection, maintenance, and testing for the poles and equipment.
