The State of West Virginia is soliciting bids for the OSR Buffalo Coal Company C1 EQ Basin reclamation project (Permit S‑2003‑03) located in Grant County near Mount Storm. The work encompasses full‑scale site preparation, mobilization, construction layout, quality control, road construction (base and final layers), utility installation (HDPE gravity and force mains of various diameters), valve vaults, culverts, silt fencing, revegetation, farm fencing, electrical systems, and a 30 × 40 ft pole building.
