Decals

The State of Arkansas is seeking bids for the supply of decals. The decals are for various types, including veteran, firefighter, and other specialty decals. The contract will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to six additional one-year terms. The contractor will be required to provide proofs for each type of decal and obtain approval from the Department of Finance and Administration prior to printing. The decals must meet specific size and color specifications, and must be suitable for exterior use. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the decals to the Department's designated location. • The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder with the lowest bid that meets the requirements and criteria set forth in the IFB. • The contractor will be required to provide a total satisfaction return policy for all products. • The State reserves the right to inspect any commodities delivered to determine whether they conform to the contract. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all products are merchantable and meet the requirements and specifications set forth in the IFB.
