RFI Domestic Footwear Manufacturing Processing Advancements

The US Army DEVCOM Soldier Center is seeking information on footwear manufacturers interested in identifying possible gaps and process improvements to enhance domestic processing capabilities. The goal is to support the re-shoring of the domestic footwear industry, improve capabilities for the domestic military footwear industrial base, and provide the best performing footwear technology to the Warfighter. Interested parties should submit a response package including a cover page, company capability statement, and project description.
