Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting a firm‑fixed‑price quote for a well‑deck assessment and associated repair work on the amphibious dock‑landing ship USS RUSHMORE (LSD‑47). The contractor must hold a current NAVSUP Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) for the Japan region and must satisfy NAVSEA quality, CUI, CMMC, and occupational safety requirements. Work will be performed at the Service Performance Site in Yokosuka with the physical assessment conducted in Sasebo, Japan, and must be completed within the performance window of 16 Nov 2026 – 31 Jul 2027. The scope includes removal of existing synthetic decking, visual and level‑II inspections, fabrication and installation of new steel deck plates, welding studs, vehicle‑lashing sockets, and associated non‑destructive testing, followed by preservation and final acceptance.
