Bait Provider for Blythe Island Regional Park Marina - Multi-Year Contract

The Glynn County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and deliver quality live and dead fishing bait for sale at the Blythe Island Regional Park Marina. The selected vendor will be required to possess a current bait bond and bait dealer license, pass a criminal background check, and have at least five years of prior experience shrimping and providing bait for local marinas. The vendor will be paid a percentage of the proceeds from bait sales. Some key responsibilities of the vendor include: • Providing healthy live bait on a consistent as-needed basis • Ensuring timely delivery of bait and monitoring of bait tanks • Maintaining a current bait bond and bait dealer license • Passing a criminal background check • Having at least five years of prior experience shrimping and providing bait for local marinas • Providing three professional references
