Operation and Maintenance of Jetties Tennis Facility

The Town of Nantucket is seeking a qualified responder to submit a proposal for a 4.5-year lease agreement to operate and maintain the Jetties Tennis Facility, including a tennis/pickleball concession/retail shop, bathroom facility, and tennis courts. The selected proposer will be responsible for the daily custodial maintenance of the lease area, operating a comprehensive tennis program, and providing affordable tennis/pickleball lessons with trained and certified instructors. The proposer must also comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the Town of Nantucket, including those related to the protection of State and Federally listed species.
