S201--Exterior Window, High Interior Windows, and Screen Cleaning Services - SAVAHCS

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide exterior window, high interior windows, and screen cleaning services at the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS). The contractor will be responsible for cleaning approximately 2,400 windows/window assemblies, with an estimated 4% of the total windows being high interior windows. The service will be required twice per year, and the contractor must adhere to VA safety protocols and requirements. The contractor will also need to provide their own equipment and supplies, and may need to obtain special access to certain areas. • The contract will require the contractor to clean windows and screens at various buildings, including a 4-story, three 3-story, six 2-story, and single-story buildings. • The contractor must be prepared to work during specified hours, 8:00am-4:30pm, and may need to obtain a PIV-I badge to work on site. • The contractor will need to follow VA safety protocols, including completing a Pre-Construction Risk Assessment (PCRA), an Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA), and an Interim Life Safety Measure checklist (ILSM) prior to beginning work. • The contractor will also need to provide SDS’s on all chemicals that will be brought on site.
