Metro SMS 3-Year Exercise Program

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking a qualified contractor to conduct a multi-year series of exercises, including twenty tabletop exercises and nine full-scale/functional exercises. The exercises will focus on responding to security or safety incidents on Metro property, impacting one or all modes of Metro transit services. The contract also includes funding for up to $100,000 of exercise equipment. The scope of work includes exercise preparedness, design, development, conduct, and evaluation. • The contractor will be responsible for conducting the exercises and providing equipment reimbursement. • The contract will be for a period of 3 years. • The contractor will be required to bid on all lines items. • The contractor will be allowed to make edits to submitted bids.
