Housing and Urban Development Mortgagee Compliance Management (MCM) Services

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking information from potential contractors to provide Mortgagee Compliance Manager (MCM) services. The services include pre-conveyance and post-conveyance activities associated with claims, acquisition, and disposition of FHA Single Family insured assets. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that HUD's interests are protected and that the mortgagee has protected and preserved delinquent FHA-insured property against damages. The contractor will also be required to verify that the mortgagee has completed regulatory and HUD servicing and foreclosure activities, and to document various information on FHA assets held in the Real Estate Owned (REO) System of Record. Some key tasks include: • Pre-Conveyance Activities • Post Conveyance Activities • Transition Services The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable records management laws and regulations, as well as National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) records policies. The contractor will also be required to gain and maintain access to various HUD systems, including the FHA Connection, HUD's HECM System of Record, and the REO System of Record.
