Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

The RFP does not disclose a contract value. County‑level occupational health service contracts typically range from a few hundred thousand dollars to over a million, depending on employee count and testing volume. Assuming Forsyth County has ~5,000 employees with an average of 2–3 occupational health interactions per employee per year, a reasonable estimate is $200,000‑$500,000 for the first year, with potential increases for expanded testing programs.
