2026 PRCS Promotional Items

The City of Pasadena is seeking a vendor to provide various promotional items with department branding. The vendor must bid on each line item to be considered for award. The items include bubble wands, plastic pens, crayon sets, foam stress relief footballs, and more. The vendor must provide high-quality pictures of the items, shipping costs, estimated delivery dates, local taxes, and any other costs associated with the items. The award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract duration is from May 13, 2026, to June 30, 2026. • The vendor must provide a wide array of promotional products with department branding. • The vendor must accommodate all manners of shipping requests, including overnight to ground for all carriers. • The vendor must provide online, email, and telephone ordering options. • The vendor must provide all relevant ordering information, including lead or production time status, dimensions, imprint area and methods, weight, and packaging. • The vendor must provide factory warranties on all materials furnished against defects in materials and/or workmanship.
