GREENVILLE LOOP ROAD PARK

The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified design‑consultant firm to provide full design services for the Greenville Loop Road Park, a new 25‑acre municipal park. The consultant will refine scope, conduct extensive community outreach, develop conceptual through construction‑document sets, secure permits, assist with bidding, and remain on‑site for construction administration and as‑built documentation. The effort will be delivered under a Construction‑Manager‑At‑Risk (CMAR) delivery method, with the CMAR contract to be awarded separately in early 2027.
