This contract provides the Houston Airport System with a cloud‑based Collaborative Decision‑Making (CDM) platform that delivers real‑time flight‑track, surface‑vehicle tracking, and noise‑monitoring data across three airports (IAH, HOU, EFD). The solution includes a secure SaaS interface, historical data storage (up to ten years), integration of NOTAM and weather data, 24/7 technical support, and training for City staff.
