Turf Management for Athletic Fields

This contract provides comprehensive, “as‑needed” turf‑management services for all athletic fields owned or operated by Fauquier County Government and its public schools. Premier Sports Fields, LLC supplies a full suite of services—including pre‑emergent weed control, fertilization, seeding, aeration, mowing, artificial‑turf care, field construction, irrigation parts, and related consulting—priced according to a detailed 2021 unit‑price schedule. The agreement is a competitive‑bid, use‑as‑needed contract with four one‑year renewal options, currently in its fourth renewal term (2025‑2026).
