Township Appraiser

This contract appoints Henry J. Mancini & Associates, Inc. as the official Township Appraiser for the Township of Barnegat for fiscal year 2024. The firm will prepare USPAP‑compliant appraisal reports, provide testimony and litigation support as requested, and may incorporate non‑confidential data into its internal database. Compensation is based on hourly rates ranging from $67 to $175 per hour, plus copy/printing fees and cancellation charges; interest accrues on late payments.
