The City of Wilmington is seeking proposals to purchase or lease a fleet of 72 gasoline‑powered golf carts (including two with headlights) and one full‑service beverage cart for its municipal golf course. The contract will be awarded based on quality, quantity, and best‑value, with lease terms of 36, 42, or 48 months to be decided at award.
