Mancini & Associates, Inc. will prepare appraisal reports, conduct field research, and may provide testimony or litigation support on a time‑and‑materials basis. The vendor charges hourly rates ranging from $67 to $175 depending on staff level, a one‑time file‑preparation fee of $350, and per‑page reproduction costs. The client must supply required documentation within five days of signing, and all fees are due before any testimony or trial appearances. No fixed delivery deadline is set; the vendor commits to “best efforts.” Cancellation of scheduled appearances incurs a tiered charge schedule, and late payments accrue interest at 1.5 % per month (capped at 18 % per annum).
