Description
This bid seeks a vendor to design, produce, and install full‑vehicle graphics packages for the City of Mobile Police Department’s fleet. The scope includes creating a per‑vehicle graphics image package for patrol cars, SUVs, pickups, and vans, using only 3M 180 Series Vinyl and 3M 8500 Series Over‑Laminate Film, and installing the graphics at the vendor’s shop. Pricing must be submitted on a per‑vehicle basis for each vehicle class, as well as separate pricing for individual body‑panel replacements. The contract will be for one year with the option to extend up to two additional one‑year periods, payment terms are net‑20, and a 5 % bid bond is required.
