Stacking Kitchen Ovens

This contract is for the purchase of stacking kitchen ovens for Weber State University. The contract was awarded to Pueblo Hotel Supply DBA Grady’s Food Service Equipment and Supplies for a total of $649,721.32. The scope of work includes the delivery and installation of the ovens. Key features of the ovens include a combi oven with gas, a turbo with smoker, and a reverse osmosis system. The contract also includes the provision of stacking hardware and a mobile stacking base. • The contract is for a one-time purchase, but Weber State University reserves the right to purchase additional products based on this bid for up to 120 days after the initial purchase. • The contract includes a non-mandatory pre-bid kitchen walk-through. • The brand name and model number specified in the contract are intended as a standard of quality, and equivalent products may be submitted for consideration. • The contract includes a warranty requirement of at least one year for the equipment. • The contract includes provisions for the evaluation of bids, including the use of objective criteria and the rejection of non-responsive bids.
