This informal RFQ solicits qualified providers to deliver hair‑care services—including braids, twists, and quick styles—to youth incarcerated in the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court Detention Center for a one‑year term, with possible extension. The contractor must supply all equipment, hold a valid Ohio cosmetology license, and adhere to strict sanitation standards while offering flexible evening and weekend availability.
