Description
The City of Mobile is seeking a multi‑disciplinary contractor (or multiple contractors) to provide comprehensive disaster‑support services—including emergency meal preparation and delivery, emergency lodging, generator supply and installation, and rapid emergency roofing repairs—for first‑responders, city employees, and public facilities. The contract will be a three‑year award (with one optional three‑year renewal) and will be awarded on a task‑order basis; pricing will be submitted as hourly or unit rates rather than a fixed ceiling. Contractors must demonstrate the ability to mobilize within 12‑24 hours of notification, maintain detailed FEMA‑compatible documentation, and comply with extensive insurance, licensing, Davis‑Bacon, and other federal‑grant requirements.
