Description
This contract provides the County of Cuyahoga with a three‑year licensing, maintenance, support, and training solution for its Tableau business‑intelligence platform. The County requires the vendor to sustain the existing Tableau environment (23 Creator seats, 245 Viewer seats, and a single 8‑core server) across development, test, and production environments, and to offer flexible licensing structures that can scale to larger user bases. Optional training for up to 12 participants per year and optional migration services are also included. The vendor must meet specific SLA requirements, supply detailed pricing tables, and comply with Ohio diversity and insurance mandates.
• Scope: Tableau license renewal, technical support, SLA‑based help‑desk, optional user‑training, and optional content‑migration.
• Duration: May 2021 – May 2024 (3 years).
• Evaluation: 45 pts Scope, 45 pts Budget, 5 pts Performance, 5 pts Qualifications; minimum 65 pts required.
• Requirements: No subcontracting, insurance, diversity participation goals, and provision of multiple licensing structures.
