Kauai Fire Department Annual Physicals

The County of Kauai, Department of Finance, Purchasing Division, has awarded a contract to 1582, LLC (doing business as ARC Health and Wellness) for the Kauai Fire Department Annual Physicals. The contract amount is $101,500.00. The contract requires the vendor to provide annual physical examinations for the Kauai Fire Department.
