Document Translation and Storage Services

The Iowa Department of Education is seeking an online service to provide translated parent notifications, reviewed by lawyers familiar with ESSA requirements, and available for download to all employees of the IDOE, AEA, school districts, and accredited nonpublic schools in Iowa. The contract includes the provision of an online parent notification compliance solution, integrated management system, expert guidance, document management, professional translations, and routine updates. The service must track usage by registered users and provide required data and reports to the Iowa Department of Education.
