The State of Georgia, through Georgia Southern University, issued an electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) for the provision of basketball goals and installation services. The contract was awarded to Holt Basketball Services Inc for $76,938.00 USD. The contract's scope includes the supply of 3 basketball goals, 3 shot clock holders, and 3 rear shot clock holders, along with installation and training services. The goods and services provided must meet NCAA requirements. • The contract terms and conditions are based on the State Entity's standard contract. • Suppliers were required to submit responses, which were evaluated based on administrative and preliminary review, bid factors, and cost. • The State Entity reserves the right to waive minor irregularities, reject any and all responses, and request clarifications or resubmissions from suppliers. • The contract award was made to the lowest, responsive, and responsible supplier meeting all specifications. • The successful supplier is required to enter into discussions with the State Entity to resolve any exceptions to the contract terms and conditions.
