Description
This contract awards Design Collective, Inc. the responsibility for providing interior‑design services, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) procurement, and construction‑administration support for the Hillandale Gateway mixed‑use residential development in Silver Spring, Maryland. The scope includes updating interior‑design drawings, coordinating with the base‑building design team, delivering a unified unit scheme for both the Radia (affordable) and Lumina (affordable & market‑rate) towers, managing FFE budgets (~$2.2 M), and complying with extensive minority/female/disabled participation, background‑screening, and insurance requirements. The contractor must work from an existing Revit model, attend bi‑weekly coordination meetings, and support LEED, WELL, PHIUS, and other sustainability certifications.
