Court Reporters

The County of Allegheny is soliciting proposals for court-reporting services for the Office of the Public Defender. The contract was awarded to three vendors: Phyllis Machel Court Reporting, DAK Court Reporting Inc., and Adelman Reporters. The period of contract shall be from May 1, 2017 through April 30, 2020, with an option to renew for one additional year. Total costs are estimated to be no greater than $155,000 yearly, divided between the three awardees as time and service permits; in no case shall any one contract exceed $465,000.00 during the initial award period.
