Custodial Paper (WFL 2025-64)

This cooperative contract provides custodial paper products (toilet tissue, paper towels, facial tissues, multi‑fold towels, etc.) to the Wayne‑Finger Lakes BOCES and its 25 participating school districts. The award is split between a primary Section A vendor (W.B. Mason) supplying catalog items at net, FOB‑destination prices and three Section B vendors offering flat‑rate discounts on any additional items not listed in Section A.
