Website Redesign

The Rock River Water Reclamation District (RRWRD) issued RFP #20‑214 for a complete redesign of its public‑facing website (≈ 48 pages) and an associated intranet site. The awardee must provide a cloud‑hosted, mobile‑responsive website, implement a content management system, migrate existing content, develop three home‑page concepts, produce a prototype, deliver full site development, create a design‑guideline book, and train at least eight district staff members. Ongoing support, backup & disaster‑recovery, and compliance with Section 508 and ADA accessibility standards are required, as are optional features such as ESRI map integration, multi‑language support, and third‑party bill‑payment integration. The contract is for a base term of two years with two optional one‑year extensions.
