Student Outcomes Focused Governance Coaching

The Albuquerque Public Schools Board of Education seeks a professional coaching provider to accelerate implementation of its Student Outcomes Focused Governance (SOFG) framework. The contractor will deliver board‑level coaching, workshops, stakeholder training, and technical assistance to improve governance practices, data‑driven decision‑making, and equity outcomes across the district. Services are expected to average roughly 20 hours per month, with in‑person attendance required for board retreats and a hybrid delivery model permissible for other activities. The contract is structured as an up‑to‑four‑year agreement, renewable at the Board’s discretion, with pricing to be submitted as hourly rates. • Scope includes focus‑mindset coaching, vision & goal facilitation, values & guardrails development, monitoring & accountability systems, communication & collaboration tools, and sustainability planning. • Vendor must demonstrate prior experience with urban school‑district board governance, DEI/Equity initiatives, and be able to attend regular board meetings (first and third Wednesdays). • Proposal must contain a transmittal letter, company profile, references, personnel resumes, methodology, hourly rate schedule, and all required compliance certifications.
