District-Wide Behavior Therapy Services

This three‑year, firm‑fixed‑price contract provides district‑wide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and related behavior‑support services to pre‑K through 12 students in Leon County Schools whose existing interventions have failed. The contractor supplies Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Assistant BCBAs, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), along with a full‑time liaison to supervise staff and coordinate with school personnel. Services include direct therapy, functional behavior assessments, behavior‑intervention plans, participation in IEP/MTSS meetings, and comprehensive documentation and reporting. The District issues blanket purchase orders for each site, and the contractor must respond to service requests within five school days. Hourly rates are fixed for the contract term (BCBA $65/hr, BCaBA $55/hr, RBT $40/hr).
