Description
This solicitation invites qualified firms to enter into an on‑call Master Services Agreement with the City of Wilmington to provide landscape architecture, architectural, and engineering services for parks and recreation projects. Work will be ordered via individual task orders and may include site assessments, community outreach, schematic and detailed design, permitting assistance, procurement support, construction administration, and as‑built documentation. The City anticipates selecting 3‑5 firms and expects the award to cover a three‑year base period with two optional one‑year extensions.
• Scope covers 20 distinct tasks ranging from pre‑design planning to construction administration for park amenities, streetscapes, and related infrastructure.
• Firms may propose any combination of the three disciplines; a single firm can act as lead for engineering, architecture, or landscape architecture.
• Evaluation emphasizes qualifications, experience on similar municipal projects, resource availability, and demonstrated M/WBE outreach.
