CITYWIDE Promotional Products and Services

The City of Avondale has awarded a contract to Cesar Graphics for the provision of promotional products and services. The contract includes a wide range of products such as tote bags, water bottles, and apparel. The vendor is required to provide a safety plan and maintain insurance coverage. The contract has a term of one year with the option to renew for up to four successive one-year terms. The City has the right to terminate the contract at any time with 30 days' written notice. The contract includes a detailed scope of work and pricing requirements. The vendor is required to provide a fee proposal and to maintain a self-inspection system. The City has the right to inspect and accept all work performed under the contract. Some key points about the job’s work and scope-of-work include: • The contractor shall provide the services as set forth in the scope of work attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference. • The contractor shall provide a safety plan that is compliant with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), American National Standards Institute, and National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health standards. • The contractor shall maintain insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, vehicle liability, and professional liability insurance. • The contractor shall provide a fee proposal and shall be responsible for paying all taxes, fees, and other charges associated with the performance of the services. • The City shall have the right to terminate the contract at any time with 30 days' written notice.
