The City of Wilmington is seeking one basic‑model laundry trailer to support its Homeless Outreach Program. The trailer must be a 30 ft × 8 ft unit equipped with fresh‑water and waste‑water tanks, propane‑heated water, seven washer/dryer stations, on‑board electrical and generator capability, and the ability to accept 50 amp, 220 V power cords supplied by an external city‑provided generator (as updated in Addendum 2). Bids are sealed, must include a one‑year warranty, and will be evaluated on lowest responsible price, quality, performance, and delivery time. The solicitation is open to all qualified vendors; bidders must be registered in SAM if federal funds are involved.
